GMI Construction
GMI Construction is an "Open Shop" General Contractor, specializing in commercial construction including industrial, self-storage facilities, retail, and tenant improvement construction. We are headquartered in Irvine, California.
GMI Construction was established in 1996, based on the foundation that it was time for a general contractor to get back down to basics and "listen to what the client wants". Our team has over three decades of experience in Construction Development and General Contracting. We consider ourselves a small organization with "big" building experience. As we continue to grow, we are successful in meeting the goal of repeat clients. Backed by years of experience, we are able to provide our clients with a range of services including pre-construction coordination and budgets, general contracting, scheduling, cost estimating and claims analysis. Depending on the needs of our client, we can provide any or all of these services.
Our company is based upon the belief that there is a need for a General Contractor dedicated and capable of providing the best in project construction and customer service. We believe in commitment, communication, teamwork and providing solutions to clients that meet their goals and expectations.
